We Offer collection in-store, delivery within Dar es Salaam and send products to other cities within Tanzania.

Store Pickup 

Free for all eligible orders. Just click “PICK UP” during checkout to see if the items in your bag are eligible for store pickup at our store.

Delivery

Orders above Tsh 100,000/ qualify for FREE DELIVERY within Dar es Salaam. 

Orders below Tsh 100,000/ will incur a DELIVERY COST which will be calculated during checkout. 

Transporter (Other Cities)

For customers in other cities, during checkout opt for transporter in delivery. Your goods will be delivered to a preferred transporter of your choice.

The delivery cost for orders below Tsh 100,000/ will be charged Tsh 5,000/

The customer shall pay the Transporter his/her costs of transport.

Additional Information

• We process and deliver orders Monday-Saturday (excluding Sunday & Holidays).

• Orders will be dispatched the same day, Orders placed after 3 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

• We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

• If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

• We do not offer international shipping.
